Kelly Pfeil
Dr. Kelly Pfeil is a distinguished PhD chemist and sommelier with an illustrious career spanning over 25 years in food and product design with renowned companies such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi, and Frito Lay. Her executive experience in R&D and innovation of consumer packaged goods provides a proven track record of launching innovation on core and emerging brands for world’s leading soft drink and snack food industries. She is a scientific leader of enabling technologies including authorship on technical papers and is an inventor on multiple international and US patent applications in the area of flavor and sweetener technology.
VP Operations, Logistics, & Sales
Samantha Sepcic
Samantha Sepcic is an experienced Program Manager with more than 5 years of work exposure to global logistics, sales, and finance at companies such as Amazon and Dell Technologies. She received her Bachelor's degree in Operations & Supply Chain Management and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt with a passion for improving operations and creating efficiency in new or existing processes.
Our Contributions
Villa Splendida offered its villa to Côtes du Coeur in April of 2024 and 2025 for auction at its Dallas Charity Wine Auction for a week long stay at the 9 bedroom luxury property. The package sold out twice at $80,000 each week, totaling to $160,000 donated to the American Heart Association in 2024 and 2025 again. The Dallas branch of Côtes du Coeur is one of the largest wine auctions in the southwest and it raises more mission funds than any other fundraising gala in the nation. The event is a culmination of community and company leaders alongside a unique collection of renowned wineries and chefs. Villa Splendida's wine was tasted with high remarks amongst the top 20 vintners in the country with an invitation to be one of the winery showcases next year in 2025!
Highlighted Events
We were featured in a Local Profile article in October of 2024 for our event with Davio's in the Colony, Texas. All 3 Villa Splendida wines along with our extra virgin olive oil were the main feature of the tasting with more than 75 participating guests.
